Zurich Hoengg (Switzerland) data set

Cut-Outs

Due to the large image size only the cut-outs of the original images are made available. Four cut-outs are selected in the region with four-way overlap. We provide the cut-outs as TIFF format files and the pixel coordinates of their two corners relative to the original images.

Download the zip-tar file with all the cut-outs images:

cut1, 56 Mb TAR-GZ file;
cut2, 58 Mb TAR-GZ file;
cut3, 114 Mb TAR-GZ file;
cut4, 167 Mb TAR-GZ file.

The interior orientation (affine transformation) of the cut-outs changes through each cut-out's offsets:

x_images= (a₁+a₂x_lu + a₃y_lu) + a₂ x_pixel + a₃ y_pixel

y_image=( a₄ + a₅x_lu + a₆y_lu) + a₅ x_pixel + a₆ y_pixel

x_pixel= (a₁ - x_lu)+ a₂ x_image + a₃ y_image

y_pixel= (a₄ - y_lu)+ a₅ x_image + a₆ y_image
