INSTRUCTIONS FOR ISPRS ARCHIVES


Cover Page and Spine of Hardcopies

An example is prepared to give you an idea how the Archives cover page and spine should look like. The images on the cover page in the example are selected arbitrarily. You may not include images or choose appropriate ones according to the contents of the Volume or place where the event was organised.
Please note that the colour of the Cover page and the Spine is in the international Colour Code: light yellow (Pantone 1205 U)

Inside Pages

- First pages
Information about Copyright, publishing body, optionally printing office, address for orders etc., as well as the ISPRS Headquarters address and ISPRS WEB address should be given in the first pages (usually the second one, with the first one being a repetition of the cover page).
After the above information, the 'Table of Contents' should follow with papers arranged alphabetically according to the last name of first author or arranged in the same sequence as in the sessions of the event.
Then, the 'Event Organising Committee', 'Local Organising Committee' and the 'Technical Programme Committee' should be listed. Finally, a short 'Preface' (Introduction) by the Editors.

- Last pages
They should include an index of all authors (not just the first one of each paper) and a keyword index.

The ISPRS flyer and advertisements, if any, should follow the indices.

The Volume Number of the Proceedings (e.g. XXXVI-5/W1) should be requested to the Secretary General O.Altan.
The ISSN Number for CD Proceedings is: 1682-1777
