Paper Submission and Publication

Accepted papers were published in the ISPRS Annals or the ISPRS Archives (SCOPUS indexed). Papers were submitted to two tracks:

• Papers for ISPRS Annals (Double-blind peer reviewed): Submitted papers should report new or improved techniques, algorithms, bench marks, technology developments, frameworks, and best practices, which are not publioneshed elsewhere. Authors are encouraged to submit full papers (max 8 pages) in ISPRS format. Papers will be evaluated on their originality, novelty, and impact. Papers not accepted for ISPRS Annals might be considered for the ISPRS Archives. 

• Papers for ISPRS Archives (Abstract review): Submitted extended abstracts will be published in the ISPRS Archives. Such papers can be professional/demo papers demonstrating innovative systems and practical approaches, or research in progress. Professional/Demo papers are limited to 8 pages in ISPRS format. Abstracts should be between 500 and 1000 words.

Papers and Abstracts were submitted online via EasyChair. The paper deadlines were as shown below.

Full paper submission *              15 May

Abstract submission **                30 May

Notifications of authors              15 June

Final paper submission               15 July

Please note:

*     Full papers were double-blind reviewed. Once accepted full papers were published in the ISPRS Annals

**   Abstracts were double-blind reviewed. Once accepted the authors prepared a paper which was published in the ISPRS Archives. 

The ISPRS Foundation Travel Grants to participate in the ISPRS Midterm Symposia 2018

Eight participants recieved ISPRS Foundation Travel Grants to participate in the ISPRS TC IV Midterm Symposia 2018.
