Oral Presentation Guidelines

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION


All oral presentations are required to be conducted in person during their designated technical sessions. Each presentation will have 10 minutes for delivery, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. A PDF version of the presentation must be provided as a backup in case of any technical difficulties. There will be a designated computer to be handled by our technical team to assist with your presentation. 


After the presentation, presenters must participate in a 5-minute question and answer session, during which they can address inquiries from the panel and/or audience.


Guidelines:


1. Kindly register at least 1 author/co-author to make your contribution eligible for presentation. To register, please see our guidelines. Registration is not complete until your full payment is received.


2. The timeframe for the presentation is 10 mins. presentation and 5 mins Q&A.


3. Kindly follow the powerpoint presentation template to be found in this link.

        a. Note that this format of the content can be changed according to your liking but we strictly require that 1st and 2nd page remain as is.


5. Submit your presentation in ConfTool under the Submitted File(s) for Final Version (2nd File) on or before July 15, 2024.


6. Presenters shall be responsible for other demonstration materials required (eg. laptop, demonstration table, extension cords, etc.), if any.


7. Other details on the oral presentation (i.e. room assignment, schedule, etc.) shall be provided soon.
