Poster Presentation Guidelines

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION


All poster presentations are required to be conducted in person during their designated schedule. Each presentation will have 5 minutes for delivery, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. 


Guidelines:


1. Kindly register at least 1 author/co-author to make your contribution eligible for presentation. To register, please see our guidelines.


2. The timeframe for the presentation is 5 mins. presentation and 5 mins Q&A.


3. The host shall print the posters. Please strictly follow the following requirements:

        i. Orientation: Portrait

        ii. Size: 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) (A0 size)

        iii. Minimum requirement for content:

            a. Research Title

            b. Background of the study

            c. Objectives of the study

            d. Methodology

            e. Results and Discussion

            f.  Conclusion

            g. Others (feel free to add more content, should you need to do so)


4. As much as possible, use white background for simplicity.


5. You may use the recommended poster template we have provided which can be found here.

      a. Note that this format of the content can be changed according to your liking but we strictly require that the header and footer remain as is.


7. Submit your poster in ConfTool under the Submitted File(s) for Final Version (2nd File) on or before July 15, 2024.


8. Presenters shall be responsible for other demonstration materials required (eg. laptop, demonstration table, extension cords, etc.), if any.


9. Other details on the poster presentation (i.e. board assignment, schedule, etc.) shall be provided soon.
