Terms of Reference of the TIF Finance Committee
(last revised 2024)

1. Ensure that a member of the Finance Committee, with access to the TIF bank account, is continuously available for TIF operation.
2. If needed and amenable, the out-going TIF Finance Officer will be a member of this TIF Finance Committee and coach the new Finance Officer in the financial duties of this office.
3. Make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on matters related to TIF finances.

Modus Operandi of TIF Finance Committee

1. The Chair of the TIF Finance Committee will work closely with the TIF Finance Officer.
2. If the TIF Financial Officer is not available to attend a meeting of the Executive Committee, the Chair of the TIF Finance Committee may attend to report on TIF financial matters.
3. The TIF Finance Committee members will maintain the email address of the TIF Finance Officer as the single email address for correspondence with TIF donors.
