GSW 2022 in Dubai postponed

The ISPRS Geospatial Week (GSW) was planned to be organised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in March 2022 under the leadership of GSW Director Saeed Al Mansoori. Due to the pandemic and subsequent postponement of the ISPRS Congress to June 2022, the GSW must also be postponed, and ISPRS Council has consulted MBRSC about whether a meeting in 2023 would be possible.

MBRSC has recently informed ISPRS that due to other commitments, organizing GSW in Dubai in 2023 will unfortunately not be possible. MBRSC and ISPRS have therefore agreed to hold the GSW in Dubai in 2025.

At the same time, ISPRS invites applications from interested ISPRS members to organise the ISPRS Geospatial Week 2023, with a potential date in the autumn. More details about this call will be published shortly, see also
